SHIPPING POLICY

Dining table lead times are 8-10 weeks and deliveries cost £200* (for local delivery costs, please contact us prior to ordering). To ensure your table arrives on time and in immaculate condition we now use a super reliable dedicated van service, direct from our workshop to your home (no random 3rd party goods or multi handling into different vehicles), on any mon-sat of your choosing. This is a one man service who will require assistance unloading. If a second person is preferred this can be arranged in most instances at an additional cost. We look to ship all tables fully assembled where ever possible, but some may require basic assembly (everything will be supplied).

  • Please ensure your property has adequate access/parking etc for a large van type vehicle.

  • Any parking costs will be chargeable.

  • Please check access through doorways of your home etc are of adequate size.

  • Please protect any flooring if our driver is required to enter your home.    

COLLECTION IN PERSON

Collection in person from Yaffle & Bosk is very welcome. If collection is preferred, please select that option when placing your order and we will be in touch to make suitable arrangements. Any collections must be made by prior arrangement only - the Yaffle & Bosk premises is a busy workshop environment not suitable, or insured for, adhoc public access. If collecting a large item please ensure you have an extra pair of hands and a suitable vehicle, we obviously cannot be responsible for anything that happens to your item once it has been collected from our premises. Lead times for collections may well be faster than a delivered item.

CUSTOMER COURIER COLLECTION

If you would like to arrange your own courier collection, that is absolutely fine, but please be aware we will not liaise with your chosen courier, track shipments, provide additional or specialist protective packaging or be held responsible for any damage, delays or issues that may arise. The customer will be solely responsible for arranging a timely collection in a suitable vehicle. It will be up to the courier to provide specific protective packaging required for their level of service.

FAILED DELIVERIES

Failed deliveries unfortunately come with a cost. With route planning, vehicle space allocation, drivers road time, there are costs which we cannot claw back. If you need to make changes to your delivery date, please give us plenty of notice to avoid lost fees.

STORAGE OF ITEMS

If for any reason you cannot accept your delivery or collect your item as arranged please get in touch to discuss options. We operate a small and busy workshop with limited storage facilities. We may be able to arrange 3rd party storage on your behalf but any resulting costs will have to be met by the customer.
