Can I order something in a size or finish not listed?

Absolutely. Simply get in touch and let us know what you have in mind. We are always happy to discuss bespoke items to meet your specific needs. Contact us at info@yaffleandbosk.com.
How long will my order take to arrive?

Table orders will take 8-10 weeks to deliver as they are made to order. During busy periods, lead times may increase. We will confirm this when you place your order. Smaller items may take up to two weeks, but we will endeavor to ship these as quickly as possible. Please bear with us; the wait will be worth it! Can I visit Yaffle & Bosk?

Visitors are welcome, but strictly on a pre-arranged basis. We have a small display area within our workshop, but there may be times when visiting is simply not practical. Please contact us in advance to arrange a visit at info@yaffleandbosk.com or call us.
Do you have a showroom?

Not as such. But, we are working on a display space within the workshop. You are very welcome to stop by for a visit where there will always be a table or two to view along with builds in progress and plenty of lovely local timber. Where do you source your timber?

We buy all our hardwoods from local sawmills. It is all native to the UK with as minimal a footprint as possible.
Do you really make all your products?

The simple answer is, yes! Although we have to buy in some components, everything is either made by us or made for us in the UK. Beyond our own range we will soon also be showcasing other amazing local makers. Watch this space!
Can I talk to Yaffle & Bosk?

Yes, but we would advise emailing or filling in our online form in the first instance. As a busy workshop phone calls can't always be answered immediately (voicemails will of course be picked up). We will do our very best to answer all enquiries as quickly as possible.
How will my item be delivered?

Delivery depends on the size of the item. We send our tables out on a dedicated van service (no 3rd party goods, no random couriers). This ensures your table arrives on time, in mint condition, and with minimal packaging. This is a one-man service, so help will be required when unloading. Please keep this in mind when ordering as our tables are solid and heavy. We can arrange a second person for delivery for an additional fee.
