We use responsibly sourced British hardwoods, local suppliers and local expertise to create beautiful furniture. A table we make may well have have only travelled 40 miles from fallen tree to high quality dining table. It's not complicated or pretentious, it all just pretty straight forward. It may appear on the face of it old fashioned but we think this sort of sustainable approach is actually the future.
Small things can help. When we make a table we plant a deciduous tree within the Venn Valley Winery project where our workshop is based. We also repurpose our hardwood shavings as 'super' mulch for the vines, avoiding landfill or polluting with smoke particles. So you can be sure when you buy from us you leave a green footprint.
